The wines from the Settimo estate are now made by Aurelio’s daughter Tiziana. Her Baroli are out of this world! Apart from her Nebbiolo vines, she grows nearly one hectare of Dolcetto. Tiziana’s approach is traditional and authentic; no new barrels here! This juicy red shows cherries, plums, and a hint of almond. It’s the perfect all-purpose spaghetti red.
