The name might be a mouthful, so we just call it Sogno. It’s the signature wine of our new producer in Italy’s Emilia-Romagna. It is made from mostly Ortrugo (60%) and Malvasia di Candia Aromatica (30%), made using the Charmat process for at least 3 months giving it a lightly carbonated texture. It’s fruity and expressive, though it is not sweet. It’s a great apèritif or party wine.
