2020 Mas des Bressades Costeres de Nimes Cuvee Tradition Rose
Nothing evokes happy memories of leisurely summer days quite like a glass of chilled Rosé from the south of France. Mas des Bressades makes theirs from Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault using the saignée method, which is when juice is bled off from the pressing of red grapes and then fermented on its own. It creates a fuller, more intensely flavored wine. Match up with a Cubano sandwich or veggie pizza.
