75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc, fermented in concrete vats; aged partly in concrete, stainless steel, and French oak, 35% new, for 18 months. On the nose, it shows expressive black cherry fruit, forest floor and spicy hints derived from the oak treatment. Palate is ripe and bright, with all components fused together in seamless balance. it's a great wine for those looking for a bottle that speaks of a place.
