We’re super excited to have this sparkling red in stock – this month’s DD has 7 chillables in it! It’s low in alcohol at 10.5%, so go ahead and pour another glass. Its aromas are rich, ripe and grapey. On the palate, it’s light on its feet, almost as if it has wings. Lambrusco is super-versatile, but one of our favorite pairings is with a baguette, a bowl of olives, and a charcuterie spread.
