You can thank proprietor Lucio Gomiero for bringing radicchio to your table. Known as The King of Radicchio, he planted California’s first successful radicchio field in 1987. He also cultivated grapes in his native Colli Euganei, a region of volcanic hills that rise up above the Venetian plain. This ‘Young’ Chardonnay comes from 30-year old vines and is fermented in steel. Delicious with bivalves!
