A VERY exciting new producer! This is a cuvée from a perpetual reserve of Chardonnay, which bespeaks the chalky terroir of Nogent L’Abbesse. 60% harvest 2019 & 40% perpetual reserve. Bottled in May 2020 and disgorged in October 2022 with dosage of 7 g/l, though it tastes significantly drier than that, a tribute to the very confident winemaking on display here. 250 cases produced.
