Domaine de l’Hortus is located in the Languedoc’s Pic St. Loup appellation situated less than twenty miles north of the city of Montpellier. The tight-knit Orliac family run the estate, having purchased their first plot of land in the late 1970’s. Their Rosé is a blend of Grenache and Syrah, full of cheerful berry flavors like wild strawberries. Serve chilled with Bouillabaisse or Cioppino.
