Paraje de Titos, or Tito’s Place, is made from Garnacha grapes grown in clay/sandy soils upon a high level of limestone in Spain’s La Mancha region. The wine has concentrated aromas of plums, raspberries and candied roses. It’s spicy and balanced on the palate, with the red fruit on full display. It’s versatile in the pairing department, so you can just call it your all-purpose red wine.
