It's 80% Sangiovese, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, coming from vines whose average age is 22 years. It's vinified and undergoes malolactic fermentation in steel tank, and is subsequently aged for one year in oak barrels. The aromas pop with dense layers of red and black fruit, quality leather and spice. Its structure is medium-full bodied, with balancing acidity, exhibiting complex layers of fruit, spice, and earth. The tannins are seamless and the finish long
