The Indigene is always a bit more toasty/yeasty and briochy than his other cuvées, not unlike an excellent vintage Bollinger. Always one of the most complex Crémants in the Tissot range. Oh, and Champagne (and Champagne-method sparkling wines like this) are ALWAYS best in magnum!
