Our ever-popular, dry, pear-scented, Giavi Prosecco is quite an elegant drink for its party-wine price. Let’s be honest, there is a lot of Prosecco out in the market. But not all are created equally. The first thing you'll notice is its lack of residual sugar, less than many "extra dry" Proseccos out there. There is clear definition on the palate, with a citrus and pear/apple fruit component. The finish is crisp, clean and remarkably dry.
Our direct import, Giavi, is made from 100% Glera grape variety grown in Veneto’s desirable and prestigious Conegliano Valdobbiadene appellation. The Superiore Brut is poured by the glass in some of California’s finest restaurants. Careful - the bottle tends to be finished before you know it!
