"Concentrated, rich, mouth-filling, balanced, and lifted, this is even better in the bottle than it was in the barrel, which is always a good sign of positive evolution. Blackberries and chocolate are prominent in the nose and on the palate. The finish lingers with layers of sweet, luscious fruits, a touch of salt, spices, and a savory edge. A blast of dark-toned fruit, new leather, licorice and chocolate makes quite a statement. Siran is quite the extrovert.
