"The 2024 Vinho Verde Rosé Escudo Real seems practically alive in the glass as it vibrates with tiny, scintillating bubbles that tickle every corner of the mouth. This tastes like you squeezed a lime on a slice of fresh summer watermelon, finishing it with some fat flakes of Maldon salt and washing it all down with a Topo Chico sparkling mineral water. It's a style that I find tremendously appealing, and if you're drinking it chilled outside in the dog days of summer, I bet you will too."
