The BBF Indigene is Tissot's "statement" cuvée. It is aged for several years on the lees, and the base wine spends nine months in barrel, whereas the "regular" Indigene starts out aged partially in oak and partially in stainless steel tanks. Very Jura in character, with lots of nutty, buttery notes, and it's more leesy and oxidative too, much like a late-disgorged Champagne.
