2021 Leah Jorgensen Tour Rain Vin Rouge

Inspired by the red wines from Loire Valley’s Touraine region, this blend of 60% Cabernet Franc and 40% Gamay comes from fruit grown in southern Oregon. It has a lovely balance of red fruit, floral notes and a subtle hint of green peppercorn. Mouthwatering acidity keeps this wine fresh and bright.

Leah Jorgensen Jean began her wine journey two decades ago, at first working in marketing and sales for a number of prestige Oregon wineries before going on to start her own project specializing in the production of Cabernet Franc. Leah calls Cabernet Franc the ultimate Cinderella grape. In Leah’s capable hands, Cabernet Franc ascends to belle of the ball status.

It’s recommended to serve the Tour Rain slightly chilled, think cellar temperature (58-64° F). Excellent with thin-crust pizza, grilled salmon, or teriyaki chicken.
