Since 1837, the Povero family has inhabited the land in Cisterna di Asti, and through time, they have acquired and cultivated vineyards in Piemonte’s Roero, Langhe and Monferrato regions. This juicy Dolcetto is textbook, with aromas of sour cherries, and a cranberry/currant fruit profile. The palate is medium-light, so you can pair it with pasta dishes or spicy sausage.
