Lirac lies across the Rhône River from Châteauneuf-du-Pâpe, sharing similar terroir. Thierry Boudinaud is a talented winemaker, whose wines are among our favorites. The Lirac is a blend of Grenache (60%) and the remainder equal parts Syrah and Cinsault. Dark and brooding, with notes of garrigue, jammy fruits and spice, this is the one for a dry-aged Porterhouse or Wagyu steak.
