Stephane Tissot's crazy good late-harvested Vin Doux Naturel is made from a blend of approximately one-third Franch-Comté marc and two-thirds unfermented Chardonnay and Savagnin grape juice, farmed organically and biodynamically, as are all his vines. This liquer is aged for at least two years in barrels, then bottled.
