Only 140 cases produced, planted on fossil-rich soils in the Santa Ynez Valley, an excellent spot for Chenin. Lovely classical aromatics of wildflowers, lemon, quince. There's a bit of richness on the palate from some oak aging, though the wine is not at all woody tasting. Very impressive for CA Chenin!
