Les Maillerettes is one of the very great single sites in all of Champagne.
From the winery: "Les Maillerettes is a single vineyard champagne made from old vine pinot noir planted in 1970 and offers a picture-book flavor of Bouzy pinot noir. The calcareous soils are reflected in the wine's sleek structure and saline complexity. Les Maillerettes has spent 5 years on lees before disgorgement."  Less than 200 cases produced.

"From Pinot Noir vines planted in 1970, the 2018 Champagne Grand Cru Bouzy Les Maillerettes takes on a straw/copper hue and delivers aromas of red apple, framboise, toasted almond, and wet stone. Medium to full-bodied, it has wonderful intensity and balance as well as great focus and a pithy texture, with a pillowy mousse. Dark mineral toned, with no dosage added, it’s attractive now and will do well over the coming 10-15 years." - November 2023
