The red wines from Spain’s Valencia are often dark, rustic and tannic. Not this wine, though. Coming from vines farmed organically, Bobal is blended with 15% Macabeo (yes, the white grape), to give the wine its elegance and brightness. It drinks like the Mediterranean version of a Brouilly. Light on its feet and food friendly, it will be a welcome addition to our Thanksgiving tables.
