Made from old vine Cinsault, fermented in tank with a short time on the lees, this is a unique white wine made from red grapes. The color has no hint of pink, but the aromas are full of berry, mostly wild strawberry. A lovely creamy texture compliments the vibrant fruit. Only 132 cases produced.
