The cellars of the Domaine Cheveau are situated in the hamlet of Solutré-Pouilly in the heart of the appellation of Pouilly-Fuissé. The vines for their Beaujolais blanc were planted in 2013. The wine displays notes of white flowers and has a lovely rounded texture despite not seeing a stitch of oak barrel.
