Emmanuelle Verset is quickly becoming a rising star in Cornas and we think she will one day reprise the fame of her great-uncle Noel Verset. She farms many of his old vines, and has converted the farming to organic viticulture. This Viognier comes from vines on the plains of Cornas, with lots of small pebbly-stones. It is aged for 6 months in demi-muid barrels, none new, mostly 5+ years old.
