Roughly 500 cases are produced each vintage of this gorgeous Syrah, produced from plots in Mercurol and La Roche-de-Glun. Organically farmed, as are all of Balthazar's vines. The grapes are destemmed and aged in older 228 liter barriques and 600 liter demi-muids. Filled with dark berry fruit and spice, this one is raring to go!
