This mineral-driven white is made from 100% Pinot Noir sourced from the Upper Rio Negro Valley of Argentina’s Patagonia region. Grown on clay soils, the grapes are manually harvested early to retain bright acidity, then gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Zippy yet aromatic, this wine is a unique tasting experience. Delicious with steamed clams.
