"Adjacent to the Santa Rita Hills appellation, this pure sand vineyard is cooled by ocean breezes and a mix of coastal fog andsunshine. The wine is made from the coveted Aligoté Gold clone, known for its richer mouthfeel, offering a texture similar to that of white burgundy, with some of the wooly lanolin elements often found in Chenin Blanc. Crisp and with refreshing tension , especially when served cold .” Fermented half each in stainless and in neutral oak puncheons. 9 months in neutral oak barrels. Bottled filtered and unfined. 100 cases made.
