"The NV Brut Rosé Extrait Gourmand is a blend of 50% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir, 14% of which was vinified red to lend color. An initial smoky reduction relaxes into appetizing berry notions that reference raspberry and crushed strawberry. The palate is even bolder, showing gentle red cherry and dispersing these flavors with delicate, soft, frothy foam, giving more glimpses of raspberry and alluring freshness with a prompt finish.
